About True Change Brandworks
Our story
We came into this field through healthcare marketing. After several projects with clients working in addiction, we decided to narrow our focus. Not because the other work mattered less, but because this was the work we wanted to do properly, and doing it properly means doing it all the time.
Addiction is not getting easier to prevent, and we would rather not hand that problem forward untouched. So we work on the part we are actually good at: making organizations in this field look as credible as they are, so people trust them at first glance.
Nadia D.
Founder, Creative Director
Nadia runs True Change Brandworks. Her path in healthcare marketing started in 2017, working with everything from medical facilities and pharmacy chains to therapy centers and private consultants. She moved from digital marketer to brand manager to strategist along the way.
She has run full rebrands, automated marketing and business processes, and built and managed customer service teams. So she knows these organizations from the inside, what they struggle with and what they need, and why keeping the end customer at the center is what actually produces results.
Her work covers the full range of what a brand needs: customer research and positioning, messaging, identity systems, packaging, and websites. She personally runs every stage, from the research through to the design, so the finished work does exactly what it was built to do.
What we are here to do
Our mission
We build complete brands for the providers, prevention groups, and recovery organizations working every day to help people through addiction, and to prevent it. Strategy is the core of every brand we build. The identity and messaging that follow are what earn trust from funders, regulators, and the people who need help.
Our vision
A field where organizations do not have to choose between looking credible and being honest about what they can promise. Where good design and real, evidence-based work are expected to travel together instead of being treated as a luxury for the well funded.
Our values
1. Integrity and transparency. We are straight with clients about what we find, what obstacles exist and how to overcome them, and what we cannot promise, even when that is not what anyone hoped to hear. We believe good relationships are built that way, and so is good work.
2. Research before design. We do not open a logo file until we know who we are talking to. If a project skips straight to visuals, we are doing it wrong.
3. We do not take industry money. No direct work for gambling operators, alcohol brands, or tobacco and nicotine companies, including their responsible-use divisions. The test is who signs the contract, not where the funding chain started.
